All the support meds are helping, George is eating like a champ and basically being pretty normal - moreso than he has been in a few days, at least. It's all palliative, but really, at this point, so what? He's a happy kitty and hopefully can be kept that way as long as he has left.

Housemate Paul's cat, George, about whom I have written occasionally, and who we knew wouldn't have a full lifespan because of kidney issues, appears to have very quickly developed pretty advanced blood cancer ( Read more... )

Anybody know a good pest control person in Seattle/North King County? Some sort of creature seems to be trying to take up residence in my house's exhaust vent. I haven't seen it yet, but it sounds rodentia-like. Fred and George are really interested in this, too.
